Maple syrup can be used in a variety of ways. Here are some of our favorites:

· In baked beans. Instead of adding brown sugar, add maple syrup.
· On ice cream. Add a few of your favorite toasted nuts.
· On yogurt, cooked oatmeal, over fresh fruit.
· Use as a glaze on chicken wings, pork chops, pork tenderloin and ham.
· Add a small amount to your pot roast.
· Add to your coffee or tea.
· Substitute maple syrup for honey in bread and muffin recipes.
· Put maple syrup on winter squash or sweet potatoes.
· And of course, on pancakes, waffles and french toast!
